If you're not 100% satisfied with the photos that you receive, please email me.  I'll give you my address and then you can send the photos back and I will either a.) refund your money b.) credit you for a future shot/photo or c.) re-print your photo and mail it back to you at no cost. (Don't forget to include a return mailing address).

Since (out-of-town) photo labs are processing 99% of the orders, I don't get to see the finished product. Therefore, I have no way of checking the quality to see if it's up to standard. Occasionally, I will randomly order photos to check on the quality. If I'm not happy with the current photo lab that is processing the photos, or we get too many complaints- I'll find/use another one..or print them myself (on a pro quality photo printer). Regardless, I want you- the customer- to have nothing but the best quality photo.
